TICA International Cat Show - Keep Calm and Purr On!
A Cat Lover’s Dream! Come Mingle with the Felines!
iPurrcats Cat Club is proud to present ‘Keep Calm and Purr On’ – an International Cat show taking place at the San Mateo County Event Center on April 20-22, 2018.
This International Cat Show, proudly sponsored by Dr. Elsey’s Precious Cat Litter is expected to bring fabulous felines from all around the world to compete for titles and points for prestigious International and Regional Awards, a distinction granted only to the top 25 cats worldwide in TICA’s five competitive classes: Kittens, Championship Cats, Championship Alters, Household Pet Kittens and Household Pet Cats. Up to 250 cats in competition with many exciting breeds in attendance including Abyssinians, Bengals, Exotic Shorthairs, Maine Coon Cats Norwegian Forest Cats, Ragdolls, Persians, Sphynx and many other breeds.
iPurrcats, a chartered club of the International Cat Association (TICA) is partnering with the community and local cat shelters, including the Penninsula Humane Society and Homeless Cat Network, to help local shelter cats and kittens find their forever homes. The Penninsula Humane Society and Homeless Cat Network will be on-site with rescued cats and kittens available for adoption during the cat show. Attendees who bring two cans of cat food per person will receive a $2 discount on the price of admission paid at door. Cat food donations will be provided to local shelters. Discounted admission tickets may also be purchased online at www.ipurrcats.com (tickets bought online not eligible for additional discount from cat food donations).
The International Cat Association was founded in 1979 and is the world’s largest genetic registry of pedigreed and household pet cats. It is also the first registry to allow household cats of unknown ancestry to compete for the same titles and awards as pedigreed cats.
